AWildblood has worked as a multi-site manager. In this role he has had to oversee over 800 staff in many different roles. Creating unique and engaging training platforms to cover many different roles in a fast moving and dynamic industry.

AWildblood has successfully planned, organised, orchestrated and run a wide variety of events. From Weddings, Art Shows, Festivals, product and people-led parties across the globe.

Experienced at the ground-up creation of menus and complete restaurants, AWildblood can create a new menu or curate an existing menu to become more competent and contextually fitting.

AWildblood has W.S.E.T. III, gained over many years as a wine enthusiast. His love of fantastic wine drives an engagement to create the best wine lists, find the best bins that hang together on paper as they should on the vine.

AWildblood worked as a dedicated mixologist for the White Pony Bar, Shoreditch, in the Heart of London’s Party scene. Has since competed in London & New York cocktail weeks, representing brands such as Courvoisier, Kraken Rum and Diageo.

‘Speciality Coffee’, a cut above the usual cup. AWildblood has had experience among many coffee establishments, of note consulting at Sharps London and leading a training program for barristers training for the SCA World Barista Championships. He also worked with James Hoffman in London to create the perfect blends for a multi-site restaurant, bar and cocktail group.

AWildblood palette was trained with wine and using this he understands, & loves, the complexity of craft beer. He understands the consumers’ needs and can develop beer menus and pairings in any scene. He has also worked in the thriving London brewery industry to craft and brew with Howling Hops & Hammerton Breweries.
